The publisher website

Privacy & contact

This notice describes the static Parlance publisher site: its buying guides, information about the planned service and contact details. The comparison service is in development and is not available through this site.

Last updated: 7 November 2026.

Who operates the site

Parlance is operated by OGEE LABS LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 17543263. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.

For questions about this site or information you have sent us, email louis@ogeelabs.com. Contact: Joshua Louis Garfinkel.

Reading these pages

The site has no accounts, signups, contact forms, analytics or advertising trackers. Its page code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Fonts, illustrations and the design preview are served with the site; they are not loaded from external font or image services.

The pages are hosted using Cloudflare’s static asset service. Delivering and protecting a website involves processing technical request information, such as an IP address and the page requested. This is separate from audience analytics. We have not enabled an application runtime or site analytics, and hosting observability is disabled for this release.

If you email us

An email link opens your chosen email application; it does not send a message automatically. If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that correspondence to respond to your enquiry and handle any follow-up.

Our contact mailbox uses Google Workspace. Email is handled by that service and your own email provider. Please avoid sending information that is not needed for your enquiry. You can use the same address to ask about personal information in our correspondence.

Why we use this information

We rely on our legitimate interests in delivering and protecting this website, preventing misuse, and responding to enquiries and their reasonable follow-up. We consider these purposes alongside your interests and data protection rights.

How long information is kept

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the relevant purpose. For correspondence, we consider whether an enquiry is still active, whether follow-up or a record of the discussion is reasonably needed, and any applicable legal obligations or disputes. We delete information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Technical information processed by our providers is subject to the relevant service settings and retention arrangements. We do not keep a separate audience analytics dataset for this site.

Providers and overseas processing

Cloudflare and Google may process information outside the UK. Their data-processing arrangements describe protections for personal information and safeguards for international transfers where required, including contractual safeguards. You can read the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum and Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum, which covers Google Workspace.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal exemptions, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or restriction of processing. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are not absolute and their application depends on the request.

Email louis@ogeelabs.com to make a request or raise a concern. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.

Shopping and affiliate links

There are no live affiliate links or retailer offers on this site. The design preview contains fictional products and prices. It does not place an order, collect a preference or create a shortlist.

We intend to fund the future comparison service through approved affiliate relationships. Its privacy information will need to describe any accounts, saved items, shared context and tracking actually introduced before those features are made available.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the publisher site’s data handling changes. For the current release, the purpose is to provide readable guidance and explain the service we are developing.
